I tried to quote but had to use the copy and paste method. Your words: The two years I've been on MFP have been by far the worst years of my life, and part of why I keep trying is because others remind me hope when I have lost it. I do think we all tend to appreciate seeing people on a comparable path, in a comparable…

Girl, I don't really know what kind of answers you are looking for...because if I knew, I would type them right now. Your wondering if you should stay with MFP or not. That is totally up to you. You can still use MFP and just log your food and exercise without anyone else being aware that your on the site. I don't…

I'm bumping this to keep it rolling! Dang, I trusted you Bales! I believed your math was correct. So I can have a thigh gap when I'm 73 instead of 100 years of age?! For once, I'm glad your math was wrong. Bring on my THIGH GAP...woohoo! ;o)

Perfect! I'm going to start the detox today! Since I am 50 and it will take about 50 years...dang, when I am 100 I will have that awesome thigh gap! Bales, thank you so much for the advice! I gotta run...seriously...I got the runs, lol! Happy 8,000! That is unheard of my man! Keep on being awesome !

DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED! If you have low self-esteem, I suggest you work on this. A size eight is tiny in my eyes. Just because your bridesmaids are size four means nothing. Everyone is unique and different in their own way and have different body types. You may be stressing since your wedding is coming up and trying to lose…

You'll always be my CREEPYSTEVE! I like creepysteve because I'm used to you being him, lol! You are hilarious and just a tall, sexy, hairy beast! Please, don't buy any razors...but if you must use it only for manscaping, lol! I too had to look up Steve Kardynal. I ended up watching him sing "Wrecking Ball". I laughed my…

"I tend to not rely on former Biggest Losers since the show is unrealistic - the weight loss is very much real, but as we continue to see, it's not healthy! I truly believe that what IS healthy and what will result in a healthy weight loss is counting calories, enjoying the foods you love in moderation, and working out…

My mother had a calorie book that was way before the 70's. Calories have been around for a long long time.

CCH, wow...just wow! I'm so glad you chose MFP and not surgery. Look at how much power you have within yourself! You are absolutely incredible! Your story is such an inspiration to so many and I thank you for sharing this. I wish you continued success and keep on peddling! You are a true superhero!

Hey, real men wear pink, eat quiche and love salads! Who cares what you are eating...let the others stare. Eat what makes you happy. I think watching a man eat a huge salad is a turn on! I get sick of watching my man eat steak every night. I will put out a small salad and he will eat the potato, side of veggies, the steak…

Likes to stick their fingers in "Tang" dry orange powder and suck their fingers clean...then repeat.

It depends on what we are talking about. Normally, the answer is ALWAYS yes! TeeHee!

Hi Nicole! I agree with the post above. I love my FitBit Zip and wear it all the time. I normally don't eat my calories back unless I had a larger burn than normal. I think in time you will develop a system with what works best for you.

I love Pink! She is awesome! That is just me though. Come on Ilene...eek!

Neither. Mayo on bacon sandwich. Who is your idol?

Your profile pic is great! You look amazing! Congrats on your loss and your continued success. I try and ignore negative feedback. I try to turn it into a positive. Usually the negative feedback is someone that is envious, or not used to seeing you as you appear now. In their minds they may think you are sick or suffering…

I must BUMP this so hopefully many more MFPer's can read it. Thanks so much for this info!

Just wanted to say I agree about the more protein and thickness of the yogurt. I love it! I wanted to add that I buy the 0% Fage and strain it. It makes incredible tzatziki dip or sauce! Add grated cucumbers, lemon juice, fresh dill, kosher salt and pepper...oh wow! Awesome stuff and low calories!
-
LOL! I saw Stogie's post. Just ignore him...you want to keep the Buckeye shirt and not a Hawkeye shirt, lmao! I'm originally from Akron, OH. You have done absolutely amazing. What an inspiration you are! You don't look like you need to lose anymore. I think you look perfect! But only you know where you feel comfortable at.…

I'm so glad you are sharing your story with MFP! I know how hard you have worked and the results are incredible! By you posting this you are showing others that our goals are reachable and anything is possible with the right mindset and determination. Willpower can come and go no matter how hard we try...but determination…

Wow! Thank you for posting this. I'm going to copy it and save it for future reference. This does need a big BUMP to keep it rolling!
