I agree with you. Also, why do people feel the need to answer the question is they are going to be rude. No one is forcing you to answer the questions.

At my heaviest, I didn't eat breakfast. I worked at a pizza place so that was my lunch and dinner a lot of the times. I did no physical activity. Of course I eat a lot of junk food and I was a fast food junkie. Funny thing is i still eat junk food, at times. I still eat what I want, just not as much. So far 40 pounds down.
