3.11 miles today just about doubles my total for the month. :)

I've done 60 so far on my lunch break. I want to log these in my exercise journal - does anyone know what they would go in under? I've been able to find the others so far in the Strength section so have logged my sets and reps so I can beat them next time :)

A banana sliced in half and spread with peanut butter plus a cup of garlic baked butternut squash left over from dinner last night. Strange combo but both were yummy!

Not quite a mile today brings me to 3.7 so far. Still resting from my big March finish this weekend. Need to pick up the pace soon.

Only made it to 80. I'm in my basement and if I do anymore I won't make it back upstairs! Considering I loathe lunges and haven't done one for years I'm pretty happy with my 80.

It took me 12 tries to finally get through W1D1 but I'm still chugging along and just finished W6D2. My advice: Slow down - that is probably why I took so long getting through the first day. I finally slowed down in week three. If the longer runs start to wear on you just slow down until you can complete them. Good shoes…

I just barely finished the March challenge of 50 miles. I ended up doing over 7 miles this past weekend to finish. And April is one day shorter so.... I guess I will have to INCREASE my goal :). 55 miles for April! Love these challenges - they really push me to get out and exercise. Almost one mile so far.

Got in two quick walks this morning. Just need one longer walk after dinner and I'll be done! I'm ready for the April challenge :)

Just a good brisk Easter walk tomorrow should finish up this challenge :). Ran/walked 4 miles today - most I've done in a long while.
