I have D/DD's and wear a "molded cup" (no wires but more supportive than just plain ones) sports bra and a compression running tank from old navy that really does the trick.

Is there a better time for it?

Congrats! I remember my first 5K!!! It's such an awesome feeling isn't it! Don't stop though! I made the mistake of not signing up for another one right away and it took me almost a year to do another (My first was June 2011, My second was this last saturday! Great Job and keep going! :)
