WTG everyone! Another great week!!

Last week: 192.6 lbs This week: 191.2 lbs Loss of 1.4 lbs!! I'm so close to getting into the 180s! My original goal was to get there by March 1st, but I pushed it back to April 1st to make it more achievable, so hopefully I'll meet this one!

Ok, so I'm not one to brag, so I don't really want to tell all my friends, just in case they take it as "showing off"...but I have to tell someone that I GOT A NEW CAR!! A 2011 Honda Accord. It's black, sleek, safe and wonderful. I love it. :smile: Ok. Just had to get that off my chest. :bigsmile:

I don't really have to specific routine. I just try to work all my muscles at least once per week. Biceps, triceps, back, quads, hamstrings, abs. I use free weights, but you can certainly use machines at the gym if you don't feel comfortable with free weights. You could also ask someone at the gym how to use free weights,…

Slow and steady wins the race....I'm down 0.4 this week from 193 to 192.6 lbs. The good thing is that I survived a week of vacation and have already lost the 3 lbs of water weight and then some, so I'll take it. I need to kick my running up a notch because my 10K is only 2 weeks from tomorrow!!! I still need to take pics…

That's awesome! You went up a cup size because the size of the cup on a 38 DD is the same as the cup of a 40 D. It's just one of those weird things with bras. But WAY TO GO!

You need to eat more that 120 calories for lunch!! That's not a meal, it's a snack. You could try rice cakes and 1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter; 130 calories of good fat and it's delicious! I agree with the previous post about each less, but more often. That should help with you not being all that hungry.
