Agreed! Or return them before u try them if they don't match the price, then order cheaper online and try them ones out. Unfair to return a used product your happy with to then buy from elsewhere to save money. Store can't sell used trainers.

I've gained a lot of muscle, mainly on thighs from squats and lunges in the last 5 months on 1200 calories. more muscle than I've ever had. i train at least 7hrs a week and lift weights and i have biceps now lol...all on a calorie deficit. lost 49lb in that time too, so yes u can 100% increase muscle mass on low calorie…

I gain 4lb after a Chinese and 2cm on my waist! Takes a week for me to lose it again, but other foods don't affect weight and measurements like a Chinese! Yours could be water weight as I gain during TOM and ovulation but goes straight away after plus a little more.

you can do it! i have 3 children and the youngest 2 are 1 and 3. neither go to nursery etc and my other half works many 12 hrs shifts. i train most mornings for at least an hour and lost 48lb since January. its possible . good luck on your journey!

i was on depo for 6 months and gained 2 stone. periods came back and went back to normal about 3 months after the last jab was was due. i still get a stomach bloat quite alot. when on depo i kept looking pregnantt but im hoping that will go soon

I've been using dumbells for months then yesterday my 6kg kettlebell came and I love it!!!! Triceps, shoulders and back muscles ache so it really works and it's fun!

This ^^^^ I do boxercise, 30ds and other exercise DVD s, lift weights and running...running is the hardest I find. Exercise bike is easy though and cross trainer, maybe do that.
