If I went on a Mediterranean diet, I would blow up from all the hummus, baba ghanoush, pita and olive oil. :laugh: Fantastic food, in moderation, of course. :smile:

Cut out unnecessary expenses like internet, cable, and eating out. Ride a bike instead of driving and fill up on gas in your car in the early morning or evening. Stock up and freeze sale items at the grocery store...

I weigh 102 and wear size 0/1 pants and xs/s shirts. When I was 120 I wore a size 3/4, and at 110 a size 2/3.

Fair enough, but it certainly doesn't change my opinion that organic tastes better. I also get peace of mind knowing I'm not ingesting pesticides. :smile:

I chose my goal weight based on the weight I thought looked best on me, which happened to be my weight in junior high. I've never been out of the healthy range, for my height, but I think I look and definitely feel healthier on the low end. :smile:

Eating organic doesn't mean you can stray from making wise food decisions. I prefer to eat organically because it has more flavor and nutrients, and am all for labeling GMOs.

I gained 32 pounds with my first daughter and 14 pounds with my second, including the weight of the baby. I was back to prepregnancy weight with my second after two days, although my body looked like it had been hit by a train. :laugh:

Having a positive attitude about being overweight is counterproductive to personal growth and overall fitness. Not taking care of yourself shows blatant disrespect and disregard towards your body and health. -_-

I would love to be able to fall asleep in twenty minutes. I can take melatonin, valerian root, drink sleepytime tea, and meditate and still be wide awake until 11am. :grumble:

I was offered a job the other day with the condition that I dye my hair a "normal" color. I wasn't there looking for a job and that particular business couldn't pay me enough to not be able to express myself through aesthetics! I have sciatica due to deposits on my spine, which you can see in my default pic, and I've found that when I do yoga a few times a week it helps dramatically. I haven't been doing yoga recently and the pain often keeps me up at night. I'm definitely looking into getting a foam roller!
