I usually have a smoothie before bed made with 4-6 cups of spinach, a cup of OJ, and some water. It's delicious and filling!

Ugh, I feel your pain. I've been on Mirena for almost 5 years. Two months ago I went from a 32D to a 32DD....and they've started growing again. It freakin huuuurrts!! >_<

I prefer throwing my fruits and veggies in a blender, opposed to juicing. Imo, juicers are messy and you miss out on all that great fiber!

I have two fruit/veggie smoothies and two cups of yerba mate every day for breakfast unless I go out to eat.

Thank you. :flowerforyou: Sometimes I also just have a huge plate of steamed veggies for dinner with some sea salt and lemon juice. It's very satisfying.

This evening for dinner I made baked spaghetti squash and smothered it in some homemade zuccini marinara, with a side of steamed broccoli. Hot, delicious, and healthy! ^_^

I'm 5'2 Starting weight: 120 Current weight: 113 Goal weight: 110 Ultimate goal weight: 105 I am on a 1000 cal/day diet and, with exercise, always seem to fall below my mark. I never go hungry and feel happy, healthy, and energetic!

I agree with the other people who posted. I am 5'2, 113 lbs, work out almost every day, and am on a 1000 cal/day diet. Someone of your size needs more sustenance!

I maintain a ~mostly~ vegan diet and pay no mind to fruit sugars. I always way over with my morning smoothies as well, even though they're half vegetables.

In my (very personal) opinion: If you're hungry tonight, have a snack. If you're not hungry, don't try to play "catch up". Put yesterday behind you and keep working towards a slimmer, happier, healthier you! ^_^
