If I have a slim fitting shirt or dress I will sometimes just wear a waist sincher from Wal-mart or similar. Like the kind that has many tiny hooks in the front. You can still bend and move. I stepped on the scale and it said 200. I'd realized I was gaining weight but I didn't know I had gained that much. Oil Pulling is a good thing to use it for among all the other good uses for it. I have terrible excema and coconut oil is the only thing that helps.
