yes! I get that way too...but I tried to as least eat the minimum which is 1200 for women even when I exercise.:smile:

welcome to the site! I've lost a totally of 13lbs and I've been on its since January.. I only have 4 more to go....so my suggesting to you is to make sure you log your calories and drink lots of water...it the key to success.. wish you the best of luck..add me if you want to to friends

You shouldn't give up. I find that working out with Jillian 30 shred is very challenge and she she very motivating try doing it 3 times a week for started then move up . You have 3 different levels. Try that it works for me. You should try to really substitute soda for water with maybe crystal light packets in it. good…

HI- Snazzycee and I've been using MFP since Jan 7th and I lost 2pounds... give it time just be sure to drink plenty of water and fit exercise in your day even if its just a little bit. good luck :))))
