Mine is open, feel free to look, I have it set at 1200 calories, but do eat some of my exercise calories earned. I am just learning to like salad greens so you will see that added now and I am trying to cut out the processed sugars from my diet

I walk the treadmill at the gym and make friends with the people next to me. Also, I make sure the TV is set to a good channel.

I do not like veggies either. I am going to try to make Kale chips. the recipe looks like they will be good. I am adding spinach to my protein shakes and I guess I need to throw some more veggies in there. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I would recommend trying it and listening to your body regarding pain. Remember if you cannot do the full move, you can do a modification move. I also recommend walking. Walking will help you so much.

I agree time to switch gyms. My fitness center is part of my college, and all the people are required to clean up after themselves. I hate it when people drop the weights and do the unnecessary grunts and groans showing off for the girls, but i just turn up the TV

You should check in with your doctor. Frequent heartburn could a sign of other issues and not even be related to the weight loss. Never hurts to see your doctor

I do the wii fit in the morning and that gives me my weight every day at the same time in pretty much the same clothes so it keeps me focused and helps me to stay on track.
