I'll do it with you! I usually don't keep track and I should. I've had two bottles already today, but recently I've been drinking coffee or diet soda around this time of day instead of water. Not good. I'm going to fill my bottle now!

I'm in! I have four, ages 3-13. I've been doing well recently, but I go through phases of doing awesome followed by phases of losing ALL motivation and sliding. Maybe this will help prevent that.

Monday Weigh in!! :smile: SW 247 Started this challenge at 189.4 Today's weight: 185.2 UGW 150 Congrats to everyone for their hard work this week! This week was the best I've had since May as far as recording honestly and working out. This challenge is super motivating and energizing. Keep going everyone; we can do it!

My calories are set at 1290, which is what MFP set me at to lose 2 lbs per week. I go over sometimes (a lot) though so I am trying to be better about only eating things I actually log...ahem. I'm 5' 10" and I'm shooting for 170. I started at 247 and currently am at 209, so I still have a ways to go. Once I get there I can see how I feel and look. As a mom of 4, I have to say a 10 year old should know better. I'm guessing that kid is not learning the right way to treat others from his parents or has a condition which limits his ability to filter. I'm sorry that even happened. You definitely do not look fat in your picture!

What is it with MILs and Dr. OZ? My MIL loves him too. She's always sharing (forcing) her wisdom with me. Oh, and my toddler's cradle cap was a disease that would make her bald (according to MIL's hairdresser) and my son is autistic because my house is too clean. Sorry, mad at MIL today.
