This! When i feel like i want to just snack for no reason I grab a bottle of water and find something else to do. A hobby, craft with the kids, go for a walk or just crank up some music and dance!

Nothing wrong with having both. I say get the sammich first cause if the sex is good enough you wont be able to walk to the kitchen to make a sammich.

If your coworkers are anything like mine they will look at your feet. We do the same thing for people that dont wash their hands. There are also those that courtesy flush every two seconds.
