When I complained to the doc, he said it was most likely adhesions. The inside does what it can to heal, which sadly means scar sometimes, even on the inside. I would check with doc just in case. Never know what is going on in there.

HI! I have been doing the Leslie Sansone DVD 5 day slim down. I have been logging it under aerobics, general. Is that wrong? I do squats,lunges, the full deal. I can't find Leslie's DVDs on here either.

I feel your pain. I have been at this thing since Jan 1. Lost six pounds the first week....not squat since. Keep reading blogs about upping the calories from 1200 to a higher amount. How do you know??? I am tagging on yours hoping someone will help us both!

Hi! Don't you love it?? I am also doing Zumba three days a week. Our sessions are 45 minutes. I asked our instructor how much, on average, she thinks we are burning. She said if we do the moves correctly, we are at least burning 750. On here, I have to mark aerobics, high impact and am only getting credit for 341.....but…

Ditto. I am also 39 and frustrated. When I was younger, I could skip dinner and lose five pounds. Now, I am working out and eating right and......nothing. Good luck!!!

Zumba baby! If you have not tried it, you should. You don't stop moving the entire time and use every muscle group. It is so much fun, you don't realize you have been at it the whole time. Most gyms offer it, some schools too. Good luck! Sounds like you have the motivation to do this!

Sadly, I have no tips...but am in the same predicament! I THOUGHT I was a carb addict until I started tracking and found out I am always way over on protein. Thanks! If you enjoy walking...you should try Leslie's walking DVD. The three miles go by soo quickly. Haven't been able to do mile four or five yet....(three year old with limited patience). I really need to get one of those heart rate monitors everyone is talking about. Way to go on your weight loss!!!

Same here! ALWAYS over on protein. At end of day, I am always searching the house for empty carbs that have no protein. Can't wait to hear the answer.
