I don't know if it was true....but read an article about some of the serious health issues the contestants have afterwards. Not sure if it is due to the famed "starvation mode", but does not sound good nonetheless.

Because of Cheerios. That's the honest truth. Two years ago, my diary was open for everyone (apparently EVERYONE...who knew??) to see. I had Cheerios....not frosted, not fancy in any way. The plain ole original cheerios.....and someone I was not friends with or knew in any way BLASTED me for eating them like I was…

Nuts. Blown away by the amount of fat those tiny suckers pack.

what everyone else said. I asked the same question before myself. I had three fruits in one day and seeing that red almost killed me. There are lots of posts on here (what everyone told me) about refined vs natural sugars. FYI....I don't track sugar anymore for that very reason.

OMG!!! My circus peanuts won!! Last thing I won was the Michael Jackson Thriller album at a 7th grade dance. What do I win??? Free supply of Midol??? ;)

For the most part, I am off the sauce. Diet Coke is my liquid crack. Harder to give up than ANYTHING. I just drink water now. However, if I slip and have one (fountain pop is my kryptonite)....I find that I feel like crap and want to eat anything not nailed down afterwards for days! Agree with terra....there is just no…

I tend to sabotage myself too. So, I started doing little tricks. Once I eat a correct portion, I get up and brush my teeth. Makes it a little harder to binge with the clean teeth. Don't get me wrong, it is doable, but harder. Shake it off and keep moving.

Been here two years and I figured out the purpose of it, but never knew what it stood for. Thanks Krizzle!! ....and OP for asking!

I have never realized what I look like. When I was 110, I used to wear clothes that I could still wear when I was 9 months pregnant (topped out at 190) with my son. I always thought I was fat. In college, I asked to borrow clothes from a roommate and she made fun of me because she was quite a few sizes larger than me. I…

Feel free to add me as well! Third time is a charm, right?? I am 5'3", 41 (cough), and have about 35 to lose....that number also changes based on where I am on the roller coaster.

Thanks for the visual. I always think of 5 pounds as a sack of sugar...but didn't really think about "just" one pound.

A portable DVD player was a lifesaver when my son was younger. I would put him in front of the Little Einsteins or something I taped for him and then I would have a DVD player plugged in same room. That way he would watch his show and I could still do some time with Jillian Michaels or Leslie Sansone depending on energy…
