SOO in the same boat. Was pretty skinny my whole life (but of course thought I was fat), but gained 60 pounds with my son. He just turned four and (other than when I was pregnant with him), I am the heaviest I have ever been. Please feel free to add me. Would love to do this with someone who can relate!

Right with you! Just had Dairy Queen Ice Cream cake this week. While it was amazing at the time, I was sooo sick to my stomach afterwards. Not sure if it was from guilt or the cake itself.....but it cured me for awhile.

Also, I found if I kept up with my protein, the morning (and afternoon.....and night.......and middle of the night) sickness wouldn't be as bad. Check with your doc on the tuna though. JUST finished Day 2 of level 2. Everyone's body reacts differently. Have the upper body strength of a baby bird, so I am a big hater of the planks. There is a lot of that in level 2. Agree about the sweating too. MUCH yuckier than level one. But my legs are pretty tough, so I enjoyed that part more than in level one.…

I stopped tracking sugar because a banana would do me in every day. Not all sugars are alike. Like everyone else is saying watch the added sugar and sugar in processed stuff. Fruits are just fine!

Thanks! Can't even talk about the Bob Evans and fish stick day. SHAME. Lost my mind for a bit. Will try to eat more, but get scared when I see all the red. By the end of the day, all I have left is carbs and fat....already used up my fiber and protein. Can't figure out what to eat that is just carbs and fat.

ALL I drink is water. I added a little fruit juice a couple times this week because I ran out of fresh fruit at home. (tomorrow is shopping day).
