Yeah I've been drinking a lot lately and just found out how many calories are in the drinks I've been drinking. Let's just say I almost had a heart attack because 2-3 drinks is my daily calorie limit.

Yeah I have a lot of anxiety problems. I think I should start calorie counting hardcore and fitting in one sweet thing a day or every other day as long as it's in calorie range? I don't know how to break my sweet tooth

Well I was on here about 2 years ago and lost 50lbs. Then I got into a relationship and gained it all back. So this is my first week and I've lost 3. I weight 271 lbs. I'm eventually trying to get down to 140. But I figure 3 lbs a week for a year I should be around -90lbs. does water help you lose weight?

I always feel like I'm thinking way too much. Like my heads gonna pop off or explode. It's like being in a dream all day long. I'm starting to think there's something wrong with me like brain damage or something even though I'm not sure how that would be possible. I just wish my brain would chill out for a second.…

Thanks! That gives me hope. I once lost 50 and then I gained like 20 back. I'm hoping to get back to eating right and exercising. I don't remember having bad anxiety during that weight loss.

my calorie goal is 1670 and im usually eating around 900-1000ishh calories. is that bad? what should i eat to help it?

i have 50lbs to lose by may....i think i can do it...i hope i can do it lol. my dad said he will pay for my vegas trip if i lose it by then. im sure you can do it!! work out and eat right and form a support group on here!
