Ok guys, I decided today that because I have been sick and missed a bunch of workouts, I am just going to do the treadmill for the remainder of this week , and I am going to restart the 30DS on Sunday,this will also give me the chance to take some before pics :) Let me know what you all think...

Sorry I have been absent lately... Was under the weather the last few days..not feeling 100% just yet but getting better for sure :)) Scales were showing a decrease today which is great and looking forward to getting some exercise in hopefully later today or first thing tomorrow..depending on how my body feels :) )

Hubby is taking me out for an early birthday supper. Got friends and family coming over tomorrow for a birthday/ new business celebration so I am pretty sure I won't be as good as I should be :)

Have not done my 30Ds yet today as I am so freaking sore :tongue: Also have not done my walk yet today as I couldn't walk to school this morning as I had a business meeting today. Anyhow will walk while my daughter is at dance class, and will do the shred before survivor . Slack on the water too..better get in gear hehe…

Yesterday was great!! Pushups..not so much LOL . Couldnt believe how hard I struggled with those last night considering I did Insanity last year. Shows how easy it is to go downhill. Today is going alot better for me, however I feel I consume too many carbs..guess that will be a personal goal for me:ohwell:
