I have a reward day and I still do my workout as per usual.. I just allow one meal to be a treat, everything else I do the same

I was working out, burning 1000 cal/ day, and the scale never moved..I wasnt eating my exercise cals back.. That was the prob..Once I started doing that the scale is moving again :)

If you exercise you will have more..I never used to eat them back but started to and and the weight is coming off much faster

I make a faux potato salad..just substitute cauliflower for potato I also cut up cauliflower, steam it and add soya sauce..tastes like rice :)

I purchase my favorite kinds ( chocolate raisins, macaroons etc) put them in snack size bags... but only put HALF the serving size in the bag.. so if its 40 pieces for 200 cals.. i will put 20 pieces and for 100 cals... kozy shak also has no sugar added chocolate and chocolate mint puddings... they are around 70 cals and…

I also do this but do not add potatoes..just the cauli, salt pepper and a little margarine I also make faux potatoe salad , using cauliflower instead of potatoes.. You can cut cauli real small and steam it, add a little soya sauce and it tastes just like rice :)

Romaine lettuce, cucumber and tomato with 1 tbsp cal wide miracle whip..mix together and enjoy... also a cube of cheese for my protein :)

I am in..this is a hard month for me with lots of out of town trips , my birthday, hubbys birthday and Easter..maybe this will keep me on track!! My current weight is 206 :)

You can also do this on here in the recipie section..enter your ingredients and how many servings it makes and it will tell you the break down of fat, carbs, calories :)
