At 5' 6" not the shortest guy in room but usually close to it. Wouldn't mind being taller but since I work with computers, crawling around under desks has its advantages when short.

The more you move the better. You don't have to go hard every day since muscles need time to recover. But with conditioning and good muscle recovery strategy, 6x/week is possible. Beware getting burnt out and derailing yourself though.

About 10 years ago I was exercising regularly and riding my bike to work. I was my smallest ever at 175 lbs. My waist was a 33" which made me happy and while I had a bit of a belly rest of body was tight. I had about 150-155 lbs LBM and 20-25 lbs fat. Now I have around 138-140 lbs LBM and like 60 lbs fat. My ex-trainer does core strength classes and she challenges them to hold it for 1.5 minutes or 2 minutes. It is hard for so many people. 1 minute is really good right off bat.
