• You shouldn't be hungry, or you shouldn't be hungry ALL the time. This was the problem I had, I assumed that to go on a diet you had to be hungry all of the time. Don't think of it as eating less, think about eating DIFFERENTLY. Fill your plate with salad (lettuce, cucumber etc. not a *restaurant salad) in accompaniment to…
• Call the Midwife hasn't ended, PBS might not have bought all the episodes but there is a 5th series coming out next year in the UK.
• Also I don't know if this counts, because there is supposed to be a second series (which I don't see happening tbh) - Les Revenants
• The IT Crowd maybe The Inbetweeners Torchwood
• Yes I tend to eat more than a serving - or I don't but really feel as though I've had a snack. You don't get enough for a snack amount of calories/serving. I also agree that the shelled nuts make it easier to eat less.
• Unless you are so fat you empty the pool of all water then no.
• It does motivate me a bit more but it doesn't give you the *correct* calories at all. It extrapolates all of the information based on how much and fast it is being moved. However, I have started to go to bed a bit earlier, to many 5 hours is not good and I have also been walking up more stairs (it counts hills too). I…
• shameless bump for ideas
• Thanks for your ideas. I think the rice cakes is a good one because I can eat them on the way, they are stodgy but low calories, leaving me enough for afterwards. Or a banana for the sugar.
• I wouldn't go to the doctor straight away, periods can be irregular due to all sorts of things, especially if you have just started a new pill. If it's the same next month though go, but I wouldn't worry too much, they'll probably just ask you to wait until next month anyway.
• Is low weights, high reps really bad? Because I sometimes do zumba toning which is a 30 min class with 0.5kg weights (me and my mum used 1.5 because we didn't have any lower). My arms would kill after that! More than when I use 2.8kg or 5kg weights. My muscles aren't really sore afterwards when I use those weights but I…

• I find this is the opposite in the UK. Primark sizes are tiny. I might need to go 2 sizes up (14-16 or even 18) but more expensive shops like Marks & Spencers I can fit into a size 10! I thought it was because cheaper shops want to use less material and people don't want to buy a size bigger so just squeeze into them.
• My friend is 5" and a British size 6, US 2. She sometimes is a size 4, size 0 and sometimes even that is big. However she is not skinny, far from it, she is quite curvy. She is just very petite with a small frame. Her weight is actually 'overweight' at the moment (barely though 25.1). That size would look ridiculous on me…
• I just did a test on this http://www.nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Healthyweightcalculator.aspx and the British NHS recommends you go under the deadly 1200 :0 for your height to lose weight (eat 1171-1505 for 1 pound overweight for an inactive person aged 25). However, it goes up to 1259-1618 for a bmi of 29.2 though. It's only 100…
• That's the place I would consider getting it done. I hate the fat under my chin the most. Losing weight naturally doesn't solve all problems, look at Kendall Jenner, she is really slim but has a slight bit of fat there. She would look ridiculous if she lost enough weight for that to go. I am not saying she should get it…
• I know but she sounds like a child being told they can't have sweets because they have had their tooth out, or they can't go out to play because they have a broken toe etc.
• I mean the wanting to eat less meat, but not necessarily cutting out completely.
in Veganish lol Comment by kjarvo June 2014
• I would like to eat less meat because I don't think we need to consume such massive amounts and I would rather promote a more free range rearing than factory farming. However, I understand that meat is essential, and the food chain is life and everything, so I think you can be vegetarianish or veganish, there just isn't a…

• Oh get over it! you have to wait like what? 2 weeks?
• I remind my self that I cannot have this 'perfect' body', when I eventually get pregnant, I will put on weight which I will have to lose again and your whole chest area basically goes to pot :s There is no knowing what the future holds, so saying 'I will never put on weight again' is naive.
• sorry, like many other English people's comments, measuring my cups just baffles me. I just don't know how it is used to weigh anything other than flour, pulses etc lol. Especially cooked food :S or oddly shaped items :S
• I know this comes up all the time but are your calories accurate. There is a lot of measuring by cups. How do you know if something is 1/2 exactly, like for the boiled rice did you put the cooked rice in the cup or estimate? You might be adding 300 calories unintentionally which would put you at maintenance. Weighing your…
• Square bars are around 130-150. Also I am sure lidl sell individual, slightly smaller than average bars of chocolate. Like slightly smaller mars bar equivalents but you would have to check the values. Yoghurt are also around that too, even the chocolatey ones too and there is always crisps, rice cakes, and cereal bars…
• I didn't say it was easy to build muscle. Isn't the thing that you are actually doing to make your legs smaller decreasing fat, when strength training, as well as building muscle. But the making your body smaller part actually coming from the decreasing fat rather than building muscle? Because you can't spot reduce the fat…
• Why do people say this is true? I have read it about a flat stomach too. If you can't spot reduce, surely, until you lose the fat you are actually making the area bigger by ADDING muscle? So shouldn't the only option for reducing losing more fat? Just confused.
• I do agree with some of these points. HOWEVER, I have lost weight and feel I am starting to eat better. 1. Your body doesn't work like that. - There is a lot of debate over this. A calorie being a calorie. Whilst I still eat crap, I don't believe that all food is the same. This doesn't encourage you to only look at…
• You're missing the milk. Got to add milk.
• The volume hasn't changed, but the bit above the bra has gone, making the shape different and saggier looking. More of a teardrop than round. [img]http://gummybearbreastimplantsnewyork.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/photo.jpgWere A, now B but worse haha[/img]
