I got my first stretch marks when I was 14 for the first time... I'm still ashamed of them, I don't wear skirts, hardly ever dresses.. You need to stop thinking that everyone that looks at your body will only look at your stretch marks! Every women has some! well, most of them.. if you like swimming then you should change…

I don't put here spices in my food, and also tea and the amount of sugar I put in it and any other drinks that I may drink, like apple juice, but I don't drink it that often! just small things really! :P I put all of the food that I eat though...

I spoke to a fitness instructor once and he said that water consumption should be spread out throughout the day, and yes, if you exercise you should drink more water because you are losing water through exercising :)

skinnytaste.com is a really good website!! :P What I always used to do at home parties is little sandwiches! Cut the bread in small pieces and put anything you want on it. Like a bit of ham, eggs, lettuce etc :) Everyone adores them!! :)

everyone needs a treat! I think it's ok just in moderate amounts! :) Maybe try something different as well, like a fruit salad or something that would be sweet.. :)
