I would love to know the answer to this too. Mine never has the same number or even close 2 days in a row so my guess is that they are not that accurate. The BMI doesn't change.

Weight this morning was 173.4. I am really hating this roller coaster. My body is really attached to these 2 lbs. I think I have lost and found them at least 10 times now. Oh well could be worse.... I could be finding additional 2 lbs LOL. Have a great week everybody.

Did D6L1 last night and still had lots of energy so thought I would try Level 2. Got through it with alot of fumbling and my body is mighty sore today. Was a really good workout. I have really bad knees so I incorporate low impact to the cardio movements with the addition of arms to make sure my heart rate gets up. I would…

I did D3L1 yesterday along with brisk walk on the treadmill for 2 miles. I have been staying under 1200 calories and drinking 10-12 glasses of water a day. This morning I weighed myself and I have gain 1.2 pounds. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I too am frustrated regarding my weight gain. I have just got back from a holiday to Vegas where I did lots of walking and ate fairly healthy. Ended up gaining 2 pounds. Since I have been home, I have started the 30 day shred plus an additional 2 mile walk, eat 1000-1200 calories, and drink 12 glasses of water a day. I…

I bought this dvd the beginning of July and did it twice before I went on holidays. I gained 2lbs on said holiday and need to get back on the wagon. I will be starting over again on D1L1 tonight. Am I too far behind everybody to be in this group?

I have gone from a C to a B and just bought a new bra at Walmart that makes you look 2 cup sizes bigger and it was only $20. This is wonderful for show but not so good for the bedroom. He will have to start saving for the boob job if he wants more. LOL
