I just recently learned that there's a butcher shop near me that has over 2,000 types of hot sauce! I stocked up now I have about a dozen bottles in my fridge with names like Scorned Woman and Tongue Torch. My favorite is habanero. I also use sriracha sauce like ketchup, and for Indian food I love me some vindaloo!

Are you weighing and logging everything you eat? I ask this because prior to starting MFP I thought I wasn't eating that much, but I was very wrong. People in general are terrible at estimating how much they're eating. You've got to write it down to really know.

I'm a 38DD and I haven't noticed my bras fitting any differently yet in the cup, but tonight after I changed into my pajamas I was walking around and felt...I don't know, kinda floppy I guess and it was bugging me so I went and put on a Ahh Bra. This may be the first sign of deflation. :(

Lately I've been getting into Greek salad - chopped up raw cucumbers, tomatoes, and sweet onion topped with Girard's Greek Feta dressing (50 cals per tablespoon). Really easy and tasty!

On Wednesday for lunch I had a french bread tuna sandwich with barbecue kettle-cooked ships smashed inside, and a package of mini Nutter Butter cookies. 1,232 calories. :/ I only had cucumber salad for dinner so I still stayed under 1500 calories for the day.

I personally meant more body fat. Like, strong and muscular but with a nice coating of squish. I don't want to feel like I'm hugging a bicycle.

It's a software thing. The person typed in ALL CAPS and either their Word program or this forum converted it to just capitalized first letters. But yeah, doing it on purpose would be a lot of hitting that shift button!

is 2,012 your BMR or TDEE? BMR is the minimal calories that your body uses to just function. TDEE is the full amount of calories that your body uses on average day of activity. For instance, my BMR is 1,580 and my TDEE is 2,070, so TDEE -20% would be 1,656 calories per day.

My highest weight was only 19 lbs ago and I remember it well. lol What I'd gotten into was eating small meals and then using that to justify eating high calorie snacks in between. It was quite an eye opener when I started logging everything.

Roasted veggies (not potatoes though) - eggplant, squash, broccoli, caulifower, beets, mushrooms. Sprinkle with minced garlic and/or your favorite herbs or seasoning, but no oil. A green salad with vinegar, lime or lemon for dressing, again no oil.
