Right, time to add up where I'm at... Week 1 - 21 miles Week 2 - 34 miles Monday 15th - 6 miles Tuesday 16th - 5 miles Wednesday 17th - 5 miles Not too bad. I feel I'm right on track for my goal, but was hoping for a few extra miles. Might have to squeeze in an extra walk somewhere :wink:

I'm bf a 10 month old. She feeds 6-10 times a day, (depending how busy we are) has three meals plus snacks. I was originally -500 calories for ebf but dropped 100 cals for every meal she now eats. I'll continue at -200 cals until she drops night feeds, at which point I'll drop down to -100 cals until she's fully weaned.

There's no reason why she can't have three meals a day and breastmilk. The breastfeeding should teeter off naturally once she's getting enough of everything from food. My daughter is 10 months, has three meals (of picking and trying foods), snacks and breastfeeds six or more times a day. Just work out what works for you :)
