I was a can of coke a day drinker and now I have it maybe once a week. The only way I could stop drinking it was not to have it in the house. If it is in the house, it is hard to resist. I believe cutting way back on my consumption led to a shrinking belly - and less bloat!

Yoga is awesome! It is a great addition to a fitness program. It improves balance and flexibility... and even one's peace of mind.

I have done P90X several times and it is a big time commitment. I am currently trying to follow the NROL- Supercharged. I like the theory behind NROL that focuses on working the large muscle groups and combination moves. However, I did enjoy P90X when I was doing it but think that I am a convert to NROL if I had to choose…

I am just finishing reading (and putting into practice) New Rules of Lifting - Supercharged... but I would say the workouts take a little longer than the 30 minutes you would like.

I have a Garmin Forerunner 305. I like it as it also has the GPS function.
