I also love Mexican and Italian foods. I substitute chicken breast for beef with both. Have to cut back on the quantity of pasta though, and go for smaller tortillas with Mexican. Just read labels, can vary a lot in calories and carbs.

My trainer had me doing squats and lunges...also sit-ups and assisted squats with a fitness ball.

I have noticed, at least for me, that i lose weight faster by drinking more water. Could be the filling me up thing, but I also think its flushing some of the sodium out that makes me retain water.

Grilling sounds awesome. Love grilled vegies. We are going out, but will opt for fish instead of the usual steak. But dessert?? My weakness...maybe I will share.
