I walked into my friends parents house and I opened the door to see his dad sitting on the couch. He turns, sees me and shouts "WELL AREN'T YOU A SKINNY F**K!!!!!" Hahahaha!

I don't count "healthy' surgery like that found in fruits and veggies. Then I focus and stay on my goal.

I love this site! I use it so much!

When you buy the F4 or whatever, does the strap come with it...? Is it separate? I am so confused!
-
If you have comcast and on demand there are LOTS of video's you can choose from, I love them!
-
I am commenting so I can track this! I want someone to give this (or something like it) to me for Christmas!

I'm sorry! Actually, my husband and family went, they just brought a friend in my place. I do agree, you guys are doing well. But, you beat a team that lost to Toledo... so it's not saying that much  How could we lose to a MAC TEAM?!?!?! We've never done that before! This year is a new low.
-
Hehe, we do get lots of money  Thanks! Yeah, and you know it would be no fun if our teams won all the time! Well, it'd be fun but games wouldn't be so exciting. Did anyone else see when 14 (state) missed the field goal and he like gestured all mad to the holder when he was the one that hooked it! It made me mad! I…

:grumble:  Of course, honestly, if you guys had lost then that would be pathetic. Young team+ new coach = Sucky horrible season! This is the first time, in like what? 41 years we won't be bowl eligible. I can't believe we killed this record this year. I have had season tickets all my life (been in the family for 37…

Exactly! I didn't mean it as a snarky comment at all. I meant it as something to think about. It is a HUGE learning process, and hopefully next time if you're not enjoying it and it's not worth it you can think back and remember this feeling and throw it out!
-
If you didn't like it from the first bite why did you continue?
-
That's why we keep it at 58 in our house. Lmao. Actually, I really do it to help save the environment, but people can relate to saving money better, so that's what I usually say.

Happy birthday and CONRATS!!!!! :drinker:

My hair is to the middle (or lower) to my back. When it's tied back it only hits my shirts, because obviously the middle of my back has a shirt covering it. I think you're just in that awkward middle stage for growing your hair out. Can you make the ponytail really high? Maybe that'll help.

Whoo! I work out an hour every day, that'd be $14 a week and $84 for 6 weeks!!! I'm going to have to do something like that, but a little less.
-
See, for me I had to learn how to be satisfied and not full. The Japanese say that they want to be 70% full when they eat, and that's what I am aiming for. It's very hard to get used to it, but it's SO MUCH HEALTHIER to be satisfied instead of full!!! Plus, your body gets used to it.

YAY!!!!!!! I had to get a sizer for mine last week! I cannot wait to get to my goal weight and have the down-sized!
-
\ I agree here 100%. However, this group had decided from the beginning they'd only eat food if they knew the calories for the 6 weeks. If you eat something and don't know the calories (or go over) you don't get a food point for that day. I wasn't going to sacrifice that extra point (as I have been perfect so far, because…

I LOVE that idea! I think rewarding with food is horrible, and I would LOVE something else. Like, being 50 lbs+ down I don't really have anything that fits!
-
Thanks guys. I don't really ever alienate myself. I mean, I gave them AT LEAST 10 awesome places they could go. I looked at the menu online and nothing really looked healthy. The caesar salad was the best option, but you know how "healthy" those things can go!

Ok back story> I am part of a health challenge with my friend (she's really my mom's best friend, but we're close to) and a bunch of her friends and family. Basically it's a 6 week challenge, and you get points for eating right, drinking your water, exercising and so on. After 3 weeks, whoever is winning will get a lunch…
-
My "lunch" is 8 baby carrots, mozzarella string cheese and half a banana. So, like 156 calories! Sometimes I'll add in about 100 calories of some grain cracker. However, I eat 5 small meals a day.

I am in. I am 24 and 5'3" I started on 6/23/08 at 260 lbs. Today I am 207.2 YAY!!!!!! I want to be 199 for Thanksgiving (5 weeks) I want to be 190 for Christmas (9 weeks) In the end I want to be 134-150. I will see what it's like once I am there.
-
I agree! I used to only use conditioner (it was the only thing that didn't give me a shaving rash). Now I don't use anything but the running water. THANK GOD I don't get razor burn anymore, that's the worst.
-
That is the only reason why my mom and I like to drink coke....
-
It says "walking" and what speed like 2, 3.5 or 5. And whatever you were doing on the treadmill you'd enter in on MFP. Use the calories the machines says.
-
I jumped right into it food wise. THen, after my surgery and recovery time I jumped right into exercise. In fact, since starting to exercise I have worked out 32 days in a row!
-
I haven't had any pop since June 23rd, but bigger than that I haven't had my raspberry iced tea which was ALL I used to drink! AHH! We no longer have pop in the house, and my husband no longer has acid reflux! Just from cutting out pop!
-
LOL. Poo on him! It is true, not everyone should drink a glass a day! Yikes.
