I would've eaten half of it if I was too afraid to say no. Maybe that'll be ok if there is a next time?

Actually a lot has gained their weight back, and honestly from the articles I have read it wasn't healthy weight loss at all.
-
That is exactly it. It's like, my brain can't comprehend it.

I went to my doctors today, what a great appointment! The last time I saw her was 7/23 and I was 234.6 and today oddly enough I was 214.6! First of all how weird for it to be to the same .something and second of all YAY!! 20lbs in in less than 8 weeks! She's taking me off of glucophage (metformin) for insulin resistance,…

Haha, I had a tiny tiny sip of my husbands coke a couple nights ago (before that it had been at least 15 weeks) and the burn felt SO GOOD (that was my favorite part of pop) but it is WAY TOO SWEET!

You lose weight because by breathing alone you lose at least one litre of water. Also, for me personally I pee at least 4 times, and I also have a morning bowl movement. So that's how I lose my weight.
-
Oops, double post
-
I do exactly that too. However, I do weigh myself right before bed too, and I can predict where I will be in the morning. Usually I lose about 1.4lbs to 2.4 lbs overnight (generally right at 2 lbs though).
-
I ALWAYS do that and know exactly what I am going to order. Otherwise you get into the mess you're in now.

Just start doing. Simple advice, but it's really amazing the results you will see. I started off here at 260 and now I am 217! It really is amazing. The support here is awesome, and it's really easy. Can I friend you? Also, I log my food in the day before. It really helps me know what I am eating and when, so I don't get…

It's ok, it's not BAD advice, it's just cheaper and easier on the ring.
-
Don't get them resized yet! Wait until you get to your goal weight, otherwise you'll have to get them resized more than once! You can tie string around the inside of your ring, Or you can buy a ring adjuster.

LOL at GW. It's ok, brain farts happen> "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". So true.

I agree 100% I used to eat fast food 2 times a day. My husband and I spent $200 a week on food, plus, obviously it took a toll on my body. Since June 23rd I don't eat out at all really, and when I do I make sure my full meal is under 400 cals. I was ADDICTED, that's ALL I WANTED TO EAT. And now, I think about it from time…

What is your surgery? I'll get you in my O.R. lol  Ugh, universal health care don't get me started. Free yes, good in emergencies yes, but anything remotely elective? It's like jumping through hoops and a year of waiting.
-
That is really really gross.
-
Don't worry about it! You don't have near as much to lose so it'll seem "slower" but it is still very good! I just have so much to lose it's coming off faster earlier.

This. I am having beanless chili today actually.

50lbs in 5 months it 10lbs a month, which is just around 2lbs a week doesn't seem that bad to me. I've lost 42lbs in 11 weeks.... And B12 is good for you, the other stuff?? I don't know. It's sad that they aren't really learning how to eat right and this does obviously seem like a fad because I can't imagine it working…
-
I love Eeyore. LOL. Plus, I battle depression so I figured it fits.
-
Hehe, I only have 1,200 calories too, but I am usually fine as long as I don't eat too much for one meal so the next is too skimpy. But, if I do have extra calories apples and peanut butter keep me full for a long time.
-
Oh man, currently my husband and I have been trying hard to hold off decorating for halloween for a couple more weeks.
-
You can do it! My mom only gained 17lbs (the weight of baby, water sac and placenta) without really trying super hard with both pregnancies! Just keep doing a great job!

Eh, I dunno. I never ever drink caffeine. It's not something you ever want to be addicted to or rely on, so I never really did. Besides, you drink it, get energy and then crash, I like my extra energy from working out! Also, half of the time caffeine means calories, and I cannot stand the idea of drinking calories.
-
The best advice I can give is this> Before you go out, pick where you are going. Then look at the menu and find out the calories. Pick and item or 2 that you'll like and stick to those. Otherwise you're really stuck not knowing anything, and for one meal you ate what I eat in a day (1200). Yikes.
-
For me personally it wasn't. It was too much switching and moving, and it never really got hard enough. It's good because it's entry level (and after a while you can work harder and harder) but I need to stick with one thing more than a few minutes and push myself harder than curves could.

I weigh myself everyday (or more) and put my weight in here everyday. However, I have a chart that I do on Monday. I'm very odd, every time I want to "cheat" or at least eat something bad but within my calories I don't because if my weight was awesome that morning I want it to stay that way, and if it was bad I want to do…
-
I feel that way too. Down 40lbs, but still a long way to go compared to "normal" and at least "healthier".
