I think that it is the least of your worries of what you can go over  My trainer has told me to eat my protein anyway since i work out/lift weights.

If sonic says it's 420 then that would be the most accurate place to get that info. Someone probably logged it in either wrong, or a while back and it changed.

I have been doing this since June 23rd and I am down 61 lbs!!!!

I have only ever had a fake tree. My husband is the same way, thank God, so we're going fake tree again this year! Seems like way too much of a hassle.

1. What are your starting, current and goal weights? 260, 199, 136 2. What's been the hardest thing since beginning your weight-loss journey? Making sure this will stick and not just be temporary. 3. What's your favourite exercise? I like walking/jogging. 4. What's your favourite healthy snack? String cheese. Or apple and…

Oh yeah, measurements are awesome! I just started them a month ago (too bad I didn't 60lbs ago, oh well). In 4 weeks I had lost a total of 11 inches! SO AMAZING! And it made me feel better about my slower weight loss (which is normal!). Thank you!

It never ever bothers me. While I wish I was lucky enough to be to the maintaining phase, I would never get upset. In fact, I KNOW I can get this weight off, I am just so so so scared about maintaining. I think that will be hard, and it really scares me. Not only is it really unhealthy to yo-yo, but I am working so hard…

I was just thinking this about 30 minutes ago. I weigh myself everyday (well, actually before and after bed) it's gotten really really bad. Especially since I've been in a plateau for 1.5 weeks now. It's getting really frustrating. I can't go too long, but I am going to try try try so hard to only weigh once a week. Ugh.

On here you can find little ceasers, pizza hut, dominos, cicis, jets, marcos, and the list goes on. Go to your food section and enter pizza, you'll find a lot.

It's tv. I think they asked before hand and made it seem like they went straight there. Or maybe it was just because she was on the fence. I know for sure the producers know the weight before the weigh-in we see (the contestants don't know the #'s though until we do).

They do it all for drama. They know the votes beforehand (which is why she was last). Or like last week when Brady beat the black team with just his weigh-in? They NEVER have the guys weigh in first, but they did it this time because they knew he'd beat them all with just himself. Look out for this, every week it's about…

I am here! I've hit a slight plateau and I hope to be DOWN AND STAY DOWN next week!!!!

Luckily growing up my mom used oreos as a treat for us, and only ever gave my brother and I 3 each. To this day if I ever want to eat oreos I will get out 3 and be happy. It always baffled me when my friends would come over, exclaim that they are never allowed treats and proceeds to eat half the bag. Ick, so gross. I am…

I really think this next week is going to be hard for her, getting on the blue's bad side. :frown: She did the right thing though.

Comcast has a lot of ondemand exercises!

The first week I started I lost 10lbs, the second I lost 7. From there it tapered down to about 2-3 a week, which is where I am now. I think at first it can go fast, just because it's such a change (and most of it is water anyway).

I am ALWAYS up in the middle of the night, 2-4 times a night, even before I started drinking all this water. My bladder is teeny. :grumble:

I want to lose 11lbs for Christmas. My orignal goal was 60, but since I hit it, I am upping it. I think 11 will be doable for me, and I SO SO SO badly want to tell my extended family (that I haven't seen since LAST Christmas) that I lost 70lbs!

Your picture really is amazingly beautiful!

Thanks! In my profile I have 2 old pics (60 lbs ago) and the pink is from a wedding I went to on Sunday where I celebrated 60lbs lost! I had to model side and front, hehe. I haven't been this weight since Jan. 03.

Actually not eating enough can make you gain weight. Your body will think it's starving and hang onto everything. I am sure some people will show you the link for that info. Try eating all the calories you're supposed to everyday this week.

Mine is from our wedding in May of '07. I honestly wish I could redo our whole wedding thing.... I don't even have pictures up of us in our house because I was so big and unhappy when I saw the pictures.

Next time at home bag up the serving size and bring that to work. That way you can't over eat

4 days a week I will do 50 minutes of cardio (jogging/elliptical/bike) and do strength training (arms/legs/core) for about 20-30 minutes. The other 3 days a week (before I go to work my 12.5 hour shift) I do 30 minutes of yoga, and later on 30-45 minutes of walking. I've lost lots of weight, faster, than I was when I first…

Just responding so I can track later

You're eating too little. I did the EXACT same thing as you when I first started. Lost it fast and then stayed at the same weight forever. As soon as I actually ate 1,200 to 1,500 calories a day (depends on exercise) the weight started melting off again.
