I also have a bum knee and squats are a no no right now. I will do 100 bicycle crunches and walk 10,000 steps (I have a fitbit one to keep track and I have been averaging 8000 a day so I will bump it up for my family) If the DON agrees

4'10 and a half.... SW 188.2 CW 168 GW I am not sure. I was thinking about trying to get to 115 but if I get to 120 and I feel great I will take it. I would love to be in a size 6 again.

I heard drinking warm water with lemon in the morning is good for you. It is HORRIBLE tasting so I add the lemon to Yogi Green Tea Blueberry Slim Life. I love how I feel since I started this.

Thanks for the tips. I plan on going shopping and preparing on Saturday then starting this on Sunday. Monday I dont have work so I have some time to adjust. Carrot soup does not sound good to me at all! Plus I dont like mushrooms. I am so glad to find this group!

When on the treadmill I read books on my tablet..Usually 50 Shades of Grey...Helps keep the heart rate up..LOL!
