It's the little things that mean the most! Great job, keep up the good work!

Well first and foremost, congratulations on a 32 pound loss in 4 months! That is incredible! I felt myself slipping into a comfort zone a few weeks ago and getting kind of complacent with where I am currently. I was losing interest as well. For me, I snapped back into action when one of my FB friends started a Fitness…

OK.....clearly our definition of "bad boy" differs. I wasn't thinking CRIMINAL when OP asked about bad boys....:frown:

Awesome job for taking this BIG step in your weight loss goals! I felt your sincerity throughout the video; so much so I almost cried a couple of times. I know how it feels to WANT to look and feel a certain way, but your present CHOICES keep you stagnant. It's great that you've already decided that with or without the…

Awesome job! It's great to see that you've stuck with it for all this time. It's very inspiring. You and I are about the same at weight right now, I'm 164.5 and I have 24.5 pounds to go to get to goal weight. Keep up the great work. I'm sure you'll be there in no time. :flowerforyou:

Feel free to add me

My friends help me stay accountable. I'm sure by now without my MFP pals, I would've called it quits, or have "started over" a billion times or so it seems. But I've been consistent on MFP since I began in January and it's partly attributed to my pals. My diary is open to my friends, so it makes me think twice about what…

Oh yeah, and him! I forget his name, but he's on my cute white guy list too.

My cute white guy list is pretty limited (i.e. Paul Walker, Bradley Cooper, Mark Wahlberg, Adam Levine). BUT I'm definitely needing to add this cutie to my list! WHO is this please??? :flowerforyou:

Ummmmm....NO!

When I read your response to her, my eyes widened and I covered my mouth in awe! :noway: It was more than a bit harsh, but at the end of the day, it's YOUR family; if this is what keeps the family together, do you. I'm just curious....if this response was you taking it easy on her, WHAT in Heaven's Gates would've been your…

^^^^THIS^^^^ I love my shape; my hips and thighs are what make me feel like a woman, otherwise, I'd look like my daughter, lol. I would like to get rid of the extra flab, but I love my body shape.

AWESOME JOB! :flowerforyou:

Good Morning Ladies! It's been a couple of weeks since I checked in. The last two weeks for me, I stayed the same, but during that time period, I readjusted some things, I'm refocused and back on the losing side again. :-) Here are my stats: SW: 181 CW: 164.5 (down 3.5 pounds since last weigh in) GW: 140 NSV for this…

Hope everyone is continuing to press hard! The summer is almost upon us, WE CAN DO IT!

I have to admit, I don't like sweating my hair out. My brother in law calls my hair an "idol god" LOL!! For that reason I chose walking as my preferred method of exercise. Although it was a pretty vigorous walk and I did sweat, the wind factor kept it to a minimum most times. I sweat really bad in my head (all over…

If I purchased either one of their videos it would be Phaedra's because I REALLY dislike Kenya!

Yes for this! You just gave me my newest breakfast option! :flowerforyou:
-
I try to switch my breakfasts up, but I tend to go back and forth between a two egg omelette with spinach, onion, tomato, bell pepper and light swiss cheese, or 2 slices of turkey bacon with some fruit (I recently added a Dr. Praeger's spinach pancake to that breakfast), or steel cut oatmeal with fruit.

Thanks, that helps a little at least.

I don't have young children who need my time and attention constantly, but my life is pretty hectic without it. I just decided yesterday that I would begin purchasing snacks I could keep in the car because when one of those long days happens and you're all but starving by the time it's over, it's so much easier to pull…
