  • Starting weight here at MFP 137lbs, My goal is 120 by 5/2/13. My original weight on 1/9/12 was 160lbs. :smile: Hello to all and keep up the encouragement. This is what helps. Become accountable to the friends on MFP!!
  • Being Latina you probably like to dance, do Zumba. You can get the videos or the Wii and dance away, start out with small goals. Then to the long term goals, best wishes on your venture! And there are a lot of us wanting motivation too, so stay connected for more encouragement. :smile: you can do it!! Si se puede!!!!
  • Some Zumba, Treadmill-I live in MN and it's very cold and slippery outside so indoor anything. Dance around while cleaning my house works too when I can't do the Zumba videos. Just trying to stay active and motivated :smile:

  • Hi, I am trying to find out the same thing. I lost 20+lbs with WW and hoping that doing this will work trying to loose the rest of the weight. My goal is 120 lbs by May 2, 2013. So I am very hopeful. I am tired of counting points too. Since this is free and I can track on my phone, well, I guess I will try too.
