From everything I've read, a calorie is metabolized in the same way -- no matter the time of day. So I'd say go ahead and eat a late night snack. Just make sure it's within your calories and maybe a little healthy. ;)

LOL You don' t have to run. You can do anything you want for the cardio. And you only pretend to use sharp objects on the zombie's. No people...or undead...will actually be hurt during the challenge. ;)

Sure you can run if you want. There will be weekly cardiovascular, strength training and agility challenges. Plus a story line to go along with each week.

This is happening to me too. I kicked butt this week at the gym and even almost hurt myself. I never thought of muscle inflammation being the cause of weight fluctuations. This gives me hope. Thanks. :)

I am measuring myself every 10 days -- my next measuring day is the 21st. I do feel a difference in my body-- it feels tighter, smaller and stronger -- so I will just try to focus on that instead of the numbers on the scale. Thanks guys. :)
