  • Modern? I use it a couple of times a week - trying to get to 10+ minutes. I have trouble with my knees and balance, so it's a slow process. Not doing it long enough for boredom to set in yet 😏 Congrats on the whosh! 🎉🎉

  • @mari_moulin - great job! Sorry to hear about the impending surgery - and the pool 😥 So you said you eat back some of your exercise calories? I don't usually, and my calorie limit is 1200 as well - is there a benefit to doing so? And can you remind what your IF schedule is? Mine is 8pm-8am and I'm ready to extend it.

  • Fluctuations are normal. Don't beat yourself up. I come into the group twice a week. I tend to get compulsive with message boards, so I limit my exposure. That's a balance that keeps me engaged and accountable. I log my weight, food, and exercise daily in MFP. That lets me watch trends and keeps me accountable to me.
