Here we go! I love the accountability of these challenges, @superfood75 - makes for consistency! Squats, lunges, push-ups (elevated), arm circles, side bends, & tricep lifts. Day 28 done! Tomorrow's a rest day. But it's also a party for my son and granddaughter who share back to back birthdays. I'm a little worried, so I may do another set before I go.

So yesterday's gain to 147.9 must have been a blip. Scale this morning was 146.7. That's more like it. Being extra careful today. Have a birthday party tomorrow - my son and his (now) 3 year old have back to back birthdays. Daughter in law is serving pizza - which always causes water retention.

I believe I'm more toned. Need to take a pic and compare to my July one to tell for sure. Planks might be cool. I've tried them before, and am not very good at them. Pushups are good - I actually do them now. Inclined. Been at it since February or March. Within 6 weeks it had toned my back and shoulders you the point thatβ¦

Got my side bends in last night. Up to 45 reps today. I think I'm going to level off at 50 for the rest of September. Because I'm doing 6 exercises, and marching in place between each to create a circuit routine with strength & cardio, 50 will pushes me into a 30 minute routine. I think that's a good goal for September -β¦
