My first month was the same. Lose a pound, gain a couple pounds, lose a couple, gain, etc. in the past couple weeks it has started to just go down and not up.

I don't know about the gravy but for the cheese curds, I wonder if you could use Panko bread crumbs and brush low fat cheese (string cheese maybe??) with light sour cream or egg, cover with Panko, and then give them a spray of cooking spray and bake them? Then do a baked French fry.

I bought my FitBit one on eBay for $60 in 2013 and have had no problems. I do walk a lot so for me it was worth it.

SW/HW 162 CW 158 GW 125 H: 5' 5-1/2" As long as I have some muscle definition in my abs and feel comfortable in a swimsuit, I will be happy in the 130s by summer. I am taking it slow so I don't give up. I figure ANY less of me is a good thing.
