Count me in. I mean I have more than that to lose. A lot more but I'm willing to try to lose at least 20 pounds, if not more by this Summer.

I don't have a cheat day. I possibly should though. I have a sweet tooth and I find myself craving something sweet all the time. I just have a strong will power.

Take it from a night owl. You eat the exact same way you would if you were sleeping during the day. Also exercise before you go to work. It's best to exercise before you eat anything.

I log everything. Except lettuce. There's only 1 calorie in a leaf, so you can eat as much as you want and it won't make a difference.

Because being medium or big boned means that I'll look fat even when I'm 150. I want to be thin. I've been fat most of my life and I'm tired of it. I want to look good. Not just feel good.
