Please don't stress over this. just look in the mirror and if it looks good to you and the scale is about right then LOVE the new you and carry on.

The death of innocents and our men/women in arms are the most tragic. No on should have to die at the hands or neglect of another for ANY reason!

1lb? WOW great job! but you have likely already lost it and are just fluctuating in weight from water retention (like most women) and don't realize it. everyone will fluctuate at least 1-4lbs with water retention for any number of reasons. don't sweat the last lb you did GREAT!!!

I am 5'4" and would never think of 105lbs as heavy for my height. the normal/healthy weight for a person your height is around 120lbs NOT lower than 105lbs. you might want to talk to your doctor about healthy weight range and get a second opinion but I can bet Dr will say the same... Sorry, but I would not feel right if I…

not knowing which ones you are taking really makes it hard for anyone to comment, but for me, not being hungry for much more than a salad would be a godsend at this point. ( I find I am always hungry) . I don't think this would be a good long term plan but if done within reason (and for a reasonably short time) it can't…

Perfect is an illusion. you can never be good for anyone else if you are not good for yourself! trying to be something for someone else is not doing it for you and it wil fail and make you feel worse than you do now. be good for you! if you are comfortable with you F&*%what anyone else thinks and if your fiancee cannot…
