sometimes I make my chocolate protein into a thin, soft serve ice cream. That's about as easy as it comes, haha! Also, I still want to try this protein brownie: http://thebigmansworld.com/2015/09/02/the-ultimate-1-minute-protein-brownie/

Great job, OP! You look absolutely amazing!

Eat how you normally do for a week, but weigh and log everything. Then go back and re-evaluate if you are hitting your goals or overestimating. If you are staying at a deficit after trying that, I would assume there could be something medically wrong that your doctor hasn't figured out.

vodka, water, and extra lemon!

Haven't tried cauliflower rice yet but I'm a huge fan of zoodles and spaghetti squash. Don't go into it thinking it's going to taste like pasta, though. A lot of my friends expected zoodles to be the perfect substitute and were highly disappointed, haha.

I'll bring the American County Fair staple: deep fried butter. Fat AND carbs all rolled into one. And wine, because there is no such thing as too much wine.

My fiance is the one who isn't a workout/health fanatic like me. He did gain a little weight last year, but it doesn't make me love him less or find myself unattracted to him. If you can't look at your spouse/significant other and remember what you loved about them before their wight gain, then I feel like the relationship…

I wore a tight dress today, ate lunch, and now I'm bloated and look like i'm 3 months prego. Another first world problem.

My fiance is supportive, but also doesn't like half of what I would want to eat (I'm a veggie lover and he's not). I make what he likes, I just make less and substitute some different ingredients (whole wheat breadcrumbs vs. plain). It's not all about eating "healthy foods", it's about portion sizes and how many calories…

I have been guilty of using that term. For me, it meant eating a balanced diet. Does it mean the same to every individual? No. But, if I have the option of making a homemade meal or buying it frozen, I would prefer the homemade because I know exactly what I'm adding. It's a personal preference. I try to eat a…

I know I've been guilty of using the term "clean eating," but that was because I was unaware that there have been many instances of others using it and being arrogant and condescending on this site. I now like to refer to it as a balanced diet. I try to eat by paying attention to protein, carbs, and fat, but until I…

yeah, I do. I could easily eat 100 cals of veggies but without tracking, I'd go over my calorie goal.

Try cooking it in low-sodium chicken broth! Gives it a lot of flavor. Also, I enjoy making it with chicken, broccoli, a little cheese and hot sauce (buffalo chicken rice), or taco meat, taco sauce and whatever veggies to make a taco bowl! EDIT: Amen to the country boy. I always get "all I want is red meat and potatoes.…

I downloaded it when it was free. It would be good for someone who would like to learn how to eat healthy and exercise since it's all pretty much spelled out. But to be honest, $20 a month using an app that tells me what I already know pushed me away. The recipes looked good though!

Well, you pretty much helped explain my point. Protein is filling, fiber is filling. I could eat 300 calories of chicken and veggies or 300 calories of chips. Which would make me feel full and satisfy me? The chicken and veggies. Hence why I think nutrients are helpful to curb hunger and stay within your calorie goals. Not…
