Before everyone just goes and jumps all over the guy, any relationship that has distance is going to be hard. Do you really think that the problem is the picture, or the fact that she is going out and having what he assumes is a good time, while he is stuck where he is? I realize that she cannot and should not stay home…

Actually walking is an excellent fitness tool. It is less stress on your body, and can be enjoyable.

I don't know what works for you. I have been trying some different things, not really to lose weight, but more for health, and not eating certain things, looking to replace some of those benifits such as calcium and magnessium. I take and Omega 3 tablet , and all of the vitamin abc&d. I prefer the RAW, which is vegan. I…

To stay in shape, and hopefully compete in marathon, would be to use an eliptical or stationary bike, see if that helps. Either of those are not as hard on the joints. Good luck, but please look after your…

I would rest it until it feels right, and use the ankle support for the a couple of walks, as for hot/cold, if it is not swollen I like to use heat, as to me anyway heat gets the blood to flow.

The most important is to get enough sleep, as far as the workouts, I think your busy enough. A brisk walk is the best workout there is as far as I am concerned. Try to eat as healthy as possible and make sure your getting enough sleep, those are the main things you need to keep up with your demanding life. Good Luck

I try to eat as much organic greens as possible, and also try to limit the food I eat by weight. Losing is not hard for me either, maintaining seems to be the problem

Eat less carbs, and a few more greens, that will help the fatigue, and if you like the coffee, try a tblespoon of butter, and teaspoon of coconut oil in a cup of coffee, and mix it in the blender. It may help with energy.
