<Yup. Definately a hot babe.

If there's no milk or sugar in it it's water. It's just hot, has no cal flavourings in it and therefore is simply... water. (You will get an unholy row on here for suggesting this, as unless you drink it straight from the source its not considered water in some peoples minds.) edit: If you add milk and sugar just count…

I'm having a bad day too. Where is this? A lot of good advice here. For what it's worth my twopenneth is, don't worry about what happened this morning. It's what you do with the rest of the day and tomorrow that counts! I keep going over my cals on a daily basis but even so I lost 1.2lbs this week! Log what you ate and eat…

18lbs! Wow that's a significant amount of weight! Well done. You can see the difference!
-
That's a fantastic weight loss! Well done! :-D
-
Just log it on your food tracker and move on! I know how you feel but all in all One hamburger won't affect your weight loss that much! Its the 2nd, 3rd, 4th that will do the damage!

Don't forget guys every fire starts from a spark and a smoulder so don't knock those of us who start small!

Just to add fat to the Atkins fire... wasn't he horribly overweight when he died? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-207828/Dr-Atkins-18st-died.html (ok ok I know its a Daily Mail article!)

Try 'Cleaning'.:-)

Could it be a coffee withdrawal headache? I know when I did Atkins after 3 days I felt like I was going to die! Advice? Paracetamol and tough it out. It will go. Or if you are a lightweight (like I was) have a half caf coffee.

Vegetable soups. They can be single veg such as Tomato or more. Adding cauliflower to soups makes it nice and creamy without adding lots of calories. Here is my favourite Tomato Soup recipe. Use really red full flavoured tomatoes! Tomato Soup <www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2075/tomato-soup 1 medium onion 1 small carrot Chop…

Congratulations and .... congratulations! You look so lovely. Do post a pic of you in that wedding dress! :drinker:

My daughter bought me the Book for Christmas (do I detect a hint Daughter dear?) and then I watched the programme. I agree with most of you that they were on a crash (hmmn... unfortunate term for Bikers) diet but can see reasons for it. Of the 2 of them Si had fairly serious health issues. Maybe this was the basis for the…

Hello sisters, This is my first plan a head month on here. I only found you yesterday and yesterday was my 28th day on mfp. All in all I had a good February and lost 12lbs. 82lbs to go! it was less than I'd hoped for but I'm surprisingly ok with that. February was a month of change for me. I moved my son out to his own…

I am opting to go gluten free from my own observations of my symptoms (which I won't go into here as it's somewhat indelicate!) I can say I feel better for it and my symptoms are now reduced. I'm not a coeliac but would definately say I'm gluten intolerant. I can cope with small amounts occasionally but it sort of 'builds…

it doesn't matter when or how long she took to lose it, the joy is in the fact its lost! Great going! :-D

You can successfully dry fry . Its best to invest in a really good heavy (possibly copper) bottomed pan. Pour about 1 tsp in the pan when cool and brush it well around the pan before heating and adding the veg. I know this works as i do it all the time! :-)

Well done you! :-D

I'm fat because I eat too much. I eat to distract myself from all the things I fear. Those fears are all within me. I'm breaking that pattern.

Well hello fellow lovely wobbly old ladies. It looks like February might just have been the first month of the rest of my life. I lost 12lbs. Not a wild amount as I have at least 100lbs to lose but probably the easiest and most sensible 12lbs I've ever lost. I won't bore you with the entire back story but I thank god for…

You could be toning up and losing fat but gaining muscle. The last few pounds do seem like hard slog but it is coming off! Maybe try to see the numbers on the scales once a week as incidental to your progress. Perhaps weigh once a fortnight or even once a month. Well done on what you have achieved tho!
