I wouldn't want to eat or drink 5000 calories, but if you must.... Try partying in Vegas with all you can eat buffets and sugary drinks. Guarantee that you will fill up 5000 cals fast.

Hydrate yourself. Bring a water bottle along with you and make sure you drink and eat something before the walk.

I am also interested to know more about the flex. I currently use the fitbit zip and bodymedia. I love the bodymedia but I don't always like wearing it on my arm.

Your profile says you have a healthy relationship with food. Unless you are lying or just messing around, I don't think you are giving up. Besides, a little carb is not a huge deal. You already lost 30+ lbs, so not like you don't know how to jump back to how it's done. With that said, hope you are having a great Friday! :)
