oh, needless to say, the first ingredient should be what you are buying. If not, put it down, it's probably processed.

I love working out with him. It's great to be together doing workouts. So what if we sweat? That's why there's a shower right? :) I would love to be fit enough to start doing more partner exercise. I am replying to the poster re what 5 foods never to eat based on the advert. Personally, I eat soy products such as tofu, but I no longer consumed highly process foods that contain soy.

I had the same problem. I would lose about 20 lbs and then stop. Stuck! Then I will lose motivation and just not do it for a while. And now I am restarting again! But I know this time will be IT! Just keep on eating healthy, exercise and one of these days, we will have our success stories to tell. :)

Simple Carbs, sugar, juices (the kind you buy in stores), soy, and process foods.

I will keep this thread and read it again when I lose more weight. But I definitely feel that yes, I will get more attention with weight loss. In the past, I have and I wasn't comfortable with it, but I think I am ready now. :)
