  • We do like dan_jones does. I've always put the bacon right on paper towels after. Too greasy otherwise. I also (try) stick to the serving size. And to think my husband does bacon sandwiches... just bacon, mayo and bread... ugh.

  • The BEST breakfast burritos (tacos) I've ever had were at a race track in El Paso, TX (Sunland Downs). Ugh, so good! I do believe Chicken Fried Chicken and Chicken Fried Steak are definitely a southern thing. You see them sometimes here in NW Indiana, but not often. Love them both!

  • I would think they are fairly common, especially since McDonald's sausage and egg breakfast burrito is my version of a breakfast taco... I make them at home with added veggies. ETA: But then again, I did live in Texas for a few years as a kid... :)

  • I don't like Greek yogurt either. I love Target's Archer Farms brand fat free or low fat yogurt. It comes in fun flavors like Honey Almond, Strawberry Cheesecake, and seasonal flavors. This Christmas they had Eggnog, Cranberry Cheesecake, Pumpkin and more.

  • I've done that before. I've also switched to the Preggo Healthy Smart whatever it's called spaghetti sauce with the extra vegetables in it. He doesn't notice as long as I add garlic, basil and other herbs. He doesn't do the shopping and doesn't pay attention to the pantry :)
