  • Scallops! Seafood in general is a fantastic source of low cal protein but scallops are particularly good. 100g serving (about 7 large scallops) has 12 g protein, .5 g fat and 3.2 g carb for 69 calories! Saute them with lemon and some paprika and throw them into a salad - yum!
