I was the child in the similar situation. I agree - back off. Do you think I didn't know? I got REALLY fat as soon as I started driving, because there was never "junk" food in the house I never learned how to eat it in moderation. I had no self control. Leave your daughter alone unless she asks for help.

You look fantastic! I'm 5'9 and my starting weight is roughly the same as yours (280lbs), I'm down to 267lbs and my goal is roughly 150lbs, I never thought about heavy lifting but I'm definitely going to give it a go!

Haha thanks! My diary on that day basically consisted of McDonalds and an easter egg but oh well! Burned a hell of a lot of calories and still lost weight :) Looking forward to succeeding with the rest of you :p

Me too, I do 2 - 3 hours of cardio a day and I've never felt inclined to "eat back" any of the calories I've burned off. If I feel hungry, I might have a banana or something. Roland9765 - if it works for you, then go for it. Don't "eat back" the calories just for the sake of it.

Hi all, I'm looking to lose around 130lbs in total (11lbs down already, only 119lbs to go!) Every morning just after I wake up. I need to see a consistent loss otherwise I get demotivated pretty quickly.
