I'm in the EXACT same boat. I've been switching up my exercise and I can tell a small difference in the way my clothes fit, but the scale isn't budging. Maybe you're losing fat and gaining muscle :happy:

Kettlebell...helps strengthen your core and is a good cardio and lifting exercise. I love mine!

I had McDonald's maybe once a month as a kid and played on their playgrounds and I turned out ok. I'm just saying don't blame McDonald's, parents make choices for their kids to either eat or not eat there. McDonald's employees are just trying to collect a paycheck like everyone else.

^^ THIS. Also remember, most McD's have playgrounds for your children to play after they eat. I'd much rather take a child to McD's and let them play on the playground for 30 minutes after, then feed them pizza rolls and corn dogs and let them watch TV all day.

I have my activity level set as sedentary due to my desk job, although I do work out 4-5 times a week. It was just easier for me to set it at sedentary and any cals I burned were "extra" (I do eat back some of my exercise calories, not always all of them). My TDEE is 1680, so if I take 20% off, that allows me 1344…

YES! Mine have shrunk terribly and I've only lost 16 pounds...I wasn't big chested to begin with though.

Wow have I been in this boat before! Except I was your friend. A friend and I had a "competition" to see who could lose the most weight. I'm quite competitive, so I HAD to win. I lost 30 lbs in 2 months which may not seem like much, but it put me down to 115...VERY low for my 5'5" frame. I was eating between 500-1000…

My profile picture is me, currently at 135 lbs. I'm 5'4" and started out at 151. Unfortunately my 151 looked more like 175 on me b/c of the way I'm built. I went from a tight 10 to a loose 8. Now I'm just working on toning, but I'd like to stay between 130-140.
