My boobs are pretty much non existent. I mean, I knew they'd shrink but I didn't know that it would make me look like a pre-pubescent tween up top. :o

I do mostly kettlebell workouts once my son (8.5 month old) goes to bed. In 15-20 mins you can do a full body workout. Love my kettlebells!! :D

Anything Skinny Cow. Fiber One bars (usually 90-110 calories). I also like dark chocolate raspberry popsicles from Weight Watchers. I also eat a ton of greek yogurt. :)

^HA! *headdesk* I love this along with *facepalm* Sorry, I giggle every time I see it. But seriously, I hope people will listen to you lishie, I'm a new mom myself and had breastmilk supply issues due to a low calorie diet (not on purpose, but I got sick right after giving birth and barely ate for 2 weeks).

Oh man, I feel the same way about Milo's sweet tea. I used to drink close to a gallon a day! I just had to quit cold turkey. I'm not one of those people that can have 1 glass without having another, and another, and another. After a month or so it became really easy! Just chug a glass of water every time you want a glass…

I'm confused as to how you are confused. You've lost 70 something pounds already, so it sounds like you know how to lose weight. If you're 5'10" and 123 you definitely don't need to lose weight. What's your goal? Muscle? Decreasing body fat percentage? Maybe it was a typo and you're 5'0" or 5'1"??
