Pour a MASSIVE amount of salt in the jar and stir it around. You'll stay away from it b/c it will be gross, and if she actually tries to eat it, she will be in for a rude awakening! :laugh:

I do. Some days I just need to wind down with a glass of wine. I always save an extra 100-200 cals for that. Edit: I do choose the healthiest of alcohol concoctions when drinking...like a glass of red wine or Bloody Mary

This is me to a tee! I'm 5'5", 135 lbs and exercise between 3-5 days a week. Every other part of my body has toned up except my abs. My thighs have ALWAYS rubbed together. Looking at the me from the waist up, you would think I was tiny, but I carry all my weight in my hips and thighs. When I run, I cannot wear shorts...and in this 100 + degree Alabama weather, it sucks! I feel your pain.

When you reach down to grab the ice cream off the bottom shelf in the grocery store, and the button on your jeans pops off. This happened to me about 10 years ago, SO EMBARASSING

I've tried every crash diet there ever was...Lose 10 lbs in 3 days, Gain 15 in a week. Least that's how my body reacts when I diet.

5'5" on the mark :) SW: 150 CW: 135 GW: 127 (an odd #, but I remember stepping on the scale when I felt the best, and this is what it said) I've been as high as 185 and as low as 115 in the last 5 years. Although I want to be in the 120s, if I could maintain 135 I'd be so happy.

Ugh, I feel the same way. I appear pretty thin, but carry ALL of my weight in my bottom half, and any time I put on a swimsuit I feel like a bowling pin. I can hide it in other clothes, and I feel confident in most things, but never a swimsuit. Come on Fall!!!

One of the main problems with eating back exercise calories, is most people don't know how many calories they burn from exercise. The MFP calorie burn estimates are TOTALLY off for me. I invested in a HR monitor, so this way I have a better estimate for how much I'm burning. Still, I'd rather be safe and not eat ALL of…

I have the Polar FT4 and I use it for cardio and lifting weights. As long as I see my heart rate elevated, I know I'm burning more cals.
